• Attention to details;
• Multilingual skills: fluency in Armenian and English languages, good knowledge of Russian language is preferred;
• Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Կարևոր չէ 

ամբողջ օրը (09:00 - 18:00) 

• Perform Management Team (MT)/Executive Office daily administrative issues;
• Arrange both internal and external meetings for MT and prepare all the necessary documents for the meetings;
• Arrange logistics/ travel issues for MT members and other managers, as required;
• Ensure proper and timely processing and filing of all documents, both hard and electronic copies;
• Make written translations in Armenian and English languages;
• Ensure that all telephone, letter and e-mail information is appropriately provided on a timely basis;
• Coordinate the flow of information between MT members and Department/ Branch Managers;
• Prepare minutes of MT and Staff Meetings, as well as Working Groups/ Committees, as required;
• Ensure confidentiality of all documentation and information;
• Perform other tasks, as required.
