Core Banking Application Manager

- More than 2 years of experience in Core Banking software support; - Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server coding and development; - Experience in supporting large-scale enterprise finance applications; - Experience in support and development of Armenian Software Products; - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms is a plus; - Knowledge of any application development language is a plus; - Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages; - Self-motivated and proactive personality, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

- Develop and Support CRM and Core Banking Front-end Applications; - Provide 1-st Level of support to employees on Front-End Application; - Provide 2-nd Level of support to employees on Back-end and Finance Applications; - Create and maintain custom reports by business needs; - Proactively implement all needed maintenance tasks and schedule updates; - Be in contact with Application Development and Support teams to ensure highest quality service; - Stay up-to-date with current frameworks, tools and libraries; - Perform other tasks, as required.
