| Responsibilities |
• Generate and manage small business client portfolios
• Manage a team of relationship managers
• Be responsible for effective coordination of relationship managers, their trainings, motivation and appraisal
• Carry out performance control of relationship managers
• Formulate portfolio development plan and meet pre-defined portfolio figures in regard to client portfolio, newly attracted clients and business targets related to them
• Take part in the process of improvement of products, procedures, quality of customer service and issues related to new developments in client’s needs
• Present monthly reports on results and loans in arrears in accordance with the requirements of the head office or its departments, and branch manager, as a part of the reporting of the branch
• Understand and support the corporate mission of Pro Credit Holding |
