- Work experience in the field of customer service is desired;

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

- Ability to write official emails;

- Knowledge of computer programs /Excel, Word/, knowledge of AS-Bank is desired;

- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English;

- Conflict resolution skills;

- Stress resistance and emotional self-control;

- Reliability and ability to manage tasks in tight deadlines.

Full time (09:00 - 18:00) 

- Respond to the company’s incoming calls and perform outgoing calls as appropriate;

- Understand and solve the problems of the clients calling the company;

- Present an offer of the Company’s loan products and services through phone calls;

- Provide the clients information about the respective loans and services;

- Conduct research and inquiries through phone calls;

- Enter the respective information about the clients into the program;

- Keep the entire information, guided by the acting procedures;

- Perform other tasks related to the department as appropriate.
