Experience preferred 

- Higher education;

- At least 1 year of work experience in the financial sector, preferably in a call-center;

- Knowledge of the RA insurance legislation;

- Cross-sales skills;

- Knowledge of computer software;

- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language, good knowledge of English and Russian languages;

- Excellent speaking skills;

- Teamwork skills;

- Communication skills.


 

For the probation period – 55 000 AMD, after qualifying for the position - 70 000 AMD.

- Provide claim telephone handling and service - Attract customers through means of remote communication and render customer service; - Provide clients with comprehensive information on banking services; - Implement cross-sales and surveys through outgoing calls; - Identify customer issues and provide recommendations; - Provide clients with the necessary information. - Transfer the call to appropriate departments
