- Higher education; - At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the financial–banking field; - At least 1 year of managerial experience; - Excellent management, organizational and teamwork skills; - Planning and coordinating, processes controlling skills; - Knowledge of the principles of employee motivation, mastery of practical tools; - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability of mentoring; - Good ability to analyze conflict situations and find effective solutions; - Strong analytical and strategical thinking; - Ability to make effective decisions in non-standard situations; - Ability to meet tight deadlines and work hard, - Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages; - Excellent knowledge of computer programs (MS office, AS Bank), - Ability to travel within the RA territory.

- Plan, organize and guide the Call Center and Customer Service teams, ensuring high-quality customer service; - Organise and oversee the activities of the Call Center and Customer Service team, including branch client advisers’ activities, identify and analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and foster their professional development; - Assess client satisfaction degree; work out ways of handling clients’ suggestions and complaints; - Develop the understanding of customer experience among customer service employees; - Design and develop internal legal acts related to the customer service functions; - Organize and implement professional trainings for the department employees as needed; - Plan the need of new employees, participate in the process of hiring new employees for the department and ensuring the progress of the current staff; - Closely cooperate with the managers of the other departments so as to ensure smooth and client-centered approach, design and presentation of reports.
