- University degree; - Ability and willingness to work in a rapidly developing and dynamic environment; - Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages (written and verbal); - Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.; - Strong communication and problem-solving skills; - Strong team player and excellent organizational skills; - Attention to details; - Advanced time management skills, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines; - Document control techniques, reporting and task management skills.

- Perform project team daily administrative issues; - Write letters and send them to appropriate bodies, and receive incoming mail; - Prepare written responses to routine enquiries; - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments; - Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedule; - Prepare minutes for project meetings; - Perform other tasks, as required.
