- At least 3-year work experience in brand management and brand control at companies and banks with extensive branch network.

- Deep knowledge of design, color palette, fonts and style, including the specifics of implementation of brand elements in interior design.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

- Detail orientation.

- Effective time and multi-task management ability

- Provision of brand control: Guarantee the compliance with brand standards in all business areas of the company, including marketing materials, interior design and exterior of the branches.

- Development and implementation of brand strategies: Develop and implement strategies to ensure the integrity and uniformity of the brand, as well as to create new brand elements including marketing materials, interior design and exterior of the branches.

- Cooperation with cross-functional teams: Cooperate with other units of the company to ensure the high standards of the brand in all projects and enterprises, including marketing materials, interior design and exterior of the branches.

- Management of brand assets: Assume responsibility for the management of brand assets, including logotype color palette, fonds and graphical elements.

- Monitoring and control: Constantly monitor and control the compliance with brand standards and respond to any deviations.

- Assessment and analysis: Assess the efficiency of the brand control and its impact on the brand.
