"INECOBANK" CJSC was registered on February 7, 1996. License No. 68 of the Central Bank of RA, issued on 07.02.1996.

The Bank is a full member and shareholder of the ArCa payment system, a full member of the Visa international payment system, and an affiliate member of the MasterCard international payment system. It is also a member of the SWIFT system, the NASDAQ OMX Armenia Stock Exchange, as well as the MoneyGram and Intel Express international money transfer systems.

Inecobank’s shareholders are: INECO GROUP CJSC with a 34.98% shareholding, Karen Safaryan with a 34.58% shareholding, BF CAPITAL CJSC with a 5.92% shareholding, IM PARTNERS CJSC with a 5.09% shareholding, INECO PARTNERS CJSC with a 4.99% shareholding, and other shareholders with an aggregate shareholding of 14.44%.

Avetis Baloyan has an indirect significant shareholding through INECO GROUP CJSC, BF CAPITAL CJSC, IM PARTNERS CJSC, and INECO PARTNERS CJSC.

Inecobank has 23 branches in Yerevan, Abovyan, Armavir, Gyumri, and Vanadzor.
