IVTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC became a member of the VTB international financial group in April 2004. At present, VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC is fully owned by VTB PJSC, holding 100% of its shares.

License No. 64 issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on June 20, 2006.

VTB Bank (Armenia) is a universal bank that simultaneously develops both retail and corporate business lines and introduces new solutions aimed at the development of the country’s financial market.

The Bank has a wide branch network covering the entire territory of the country. Customers have access to 53 branches, of which 31 are located in the regions and the rest in Yerevan. The network includes three specialized branches: one for servicing legal entities, one for Private Banking, and one Mortgage Center.

VTB Bank (Armenia) is the only financial institution in the Republic of Armenia that accepts and services MIR payment system cards.

VTB Bank (Armenia) services the Unistream system, offering customers wide opportunities to send and receive transfers to and from Russia.
