Lead the Product Development team in the process of introduction, regulation and standardization of new financial  products,

• Coordinate the process of developing new products and services to promote the Company to achieve high positions in the market,

• Participate in strategic planning activities and play a key role in business development processes,

• Participate in development and implementation of technology - based solutions for the customers,

• Lead the market research activities and identify new opportunities,

• Serve as the point of contact for collecting business ideas/suggestions from branch and head office staff,

• Find innovative ways to increase the client base as well as maintain the current client base,

• Report to Executive Director on results, phases and milestones of PD activities.

Full time (8 hours, custom start time) 

• Proven experience of product development preferably in financial sector

• Experience in developing digital products (on-line lending; mobile applications; other innovative technological solutions) is a plus

• Higher education in relevant field (economics, marketing, finance)

• Knowledge of project management will be a plus

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Diligent and firm with high ethical standards

• MS Office skills (Excel and Word), AS Bank skills are a plus

• Good command of English is a plus.
